Because the majority of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced on demand, Due to the made-to-order nature of our custom products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed and production has begun.
However, we’re happy to accept reasonable revisions if they are feasible during the design process.
