SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy forms part of SoCreaLL’s Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made through our website.
At SoCreaLL, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, digitally designed, or produced through print-on-demand partners. Because each item is created specifically for you, delivery timelines may differ from traditional mass-produced retail products. Production and delivery times vary depending on product type, customization requirements, production workload, and shipping destination.
1. Processing & Production Time Order
Processing time refers to the time required to collect personalization details, complete design work (if applicable), manufacture, prepare, and finalize your order for shipment or digital delivery.
Physical Products
• Production times vary depending on the specific product ordered, customization complexity, materials, design requirements, and current order volume.
• Specialty, embroidered, handcrafted, or high-demand items may require additional production time.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
• Processing timelines may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.
• Estimated production times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by SoCreaLL.
Digital Products (Including Personalized Videos & Digital Designs)
• Digital products are delivered electronically and are typically completed and delivered as soon as reasonably possible after receipt of all required materials, successful completion of design production, and final content approval.
• Production timelines for digital products may vary depending on the product type, level of customization, complexity of requested edits, revision requests, content requirements, and current order volume.
• Collection of photos, text, artwork, personalization details, approvals, and production preparation may require additional time before delivery can be completed.
• Delays in submitting required content or responding to approval requests may delay production and final delivery.
• All digital delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by SoCreaLL.
If a significant delay occurs beyond estimated timelines, we may contact you using the information provided during checkout.
Please note: Production/processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (Physical Products)
Delivery time includes both production time and carrier transit time.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)
• United States Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days
• United States Expedited Shipping (if available): Approximately 2–3 business days
• International Shipping: Approximately 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Shipping estimates are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as guaranteed shipping service.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on:
• Product production time
• Carrier capacity
• Shipping destination
• Seasonal demand
• Customs processing for international orders
SoCreaLL is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Holidays
• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather conditions
• Customs clearance delays
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Supply chain interruptions
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or transportation disruptions
3. On-Demand Manufacturing & Sustainability
Many SoCreaLL products are created using on-demand manufacturing processes.
This means your product is made specifically for you after your order is placed rather than mass-produced in bulk inventory. As a result, production timelines may be slightly longer than traditional retail fulfillment.
Benefits of on-demand manufacturing include:
• Reduced overproduction
• Lower inventory waste
• More sustainable manufacturing practices
• Thoughtful made-to-order purchasing
By purchasing made-to-order products, you support more environmentally conscious and responsible production practices.
4. Print-on-Demand & Third-Party Fulfillment
Some SoCreaLL products are manufactured, fulfilled, or shipped through trusted third-party production partners.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers
• Orders containing multiple items may ship separately
• Separate tracking numbers may be issued
• Packaging styles may vary depending on production facility and shipping origin
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
SoCreaLL is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by incorrect address information
• Packages delivered to the exact address provided by the customer
• Failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
• Additional shipping fees required for reshipment due to address errors
If a package is returned because of incorrect address information, additional shipping charges must be paid before reshipment can occur.
Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
6. Tracking Information
For physical products, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order ships.
Please note:
• Carrier tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear
• Tracking systems are managed by third-party carriers
• SoCreaLL is not responsible for carrier tracking delays or system errors
Digital products are delivered electronically via email, download link, cloud transfer, or other digital delivery methods and do not include shipment tracking.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates a package may be lost in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of the last carrier update. We may assist in initiating a carrier investigation when applicable.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:
• Check surrounding delivery areas
• Contact household members or neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
• File a claim with the carrier if necessary
SoCreaLL is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed carrier delivery.
Replacement, refund, or reshipment decisions remain at SoCreaLL’s sole discretion.
8. International Orders & Customs
For international orders:
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges
• Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control
• Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges may not qualify for full refunds
9. Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control
SoCreaLL shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Severe weather events
• Transportation interruptions
• Labor strikes
• Government restrictions
• Customs delays
• Supply chain disruptions
• Carrier operational issues
All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Shipments
If you receive:
• A damaged item
• A defective product
• An incorrect order caused by our error
You must contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy and provide:
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photos of packaging materials
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent resolution.
11. Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive separately depending on:
• Production location
• Product category
• Manufacturing partner
• Inventory availability
• Shipping logistics
Separate shipments do not constitute incomplete fulfillment.
