At SoCreaLL, every piece is created intentionally and made specifically for you. Because the majority of our products are custom-made, personalized, or produced on demand, Due to the made-to-order nature of our custom products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed and production has begun.
However, we’re happy to accept reasonable revisions if they are feasible during the design process.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products (No Returns)
All custom, personalized, semi-custom, and fully custom products are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Personalized embroidery and apparel
• Print-on-demand items
• Custom digital designs
• Corporate custom merchandise
• Photography-based products
• Creative agency deliverables
• Family or event-specific creations
Because each item is produced uniquely according to the customer’s specifications (names, dates, text, images, logos, colors, sizes, or other personalization details), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
2. Why Returns Are Not Accepted
Our products are not pre-manufactured inventory. They are created specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to this made-to-order process:
• Items cannot be restocked or resold.
• Designs are customized to individual specifications.
• Production often begins immediately after order confirmation.
• Certain items are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand production partners.
For these reasons, all sales of custom products are considered final.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Verifying all spelling, names, dates, and personalization details before checkout.
• Selecting the correct size, color, and product options.
• Providing high-quality and clear images when required.
SoCreaLL is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including typographical errors, incorrect sizing selections, or low-resolution image uploads.
Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While returns are not accepted for custom items, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If your item arrives:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Or materially incorrect due to our production error
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Order details
If the issue is verified as a production defect or fulfillment error, we may offer:
• A replacement item, or
• Another appropriate resolution at our discretion
Claims submitted after the 3-day window may not be eligible for review.
5. Digital Products & Creative Services
Due to the intangible and customized nature of digital files, branding services, design work, photography editing, and other creative agency services:
• All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.
• Deposits and retainers for creative projects are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Completed creative services are non-refundable.
6. Shipping Issues
SoCreaLL is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Customers must ensure their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
7. Order Cancellations & Refund Eligibility
Orders may only be canceled or refunded if production has not yet begun or if a particular product becomes unavailable or out of stock.
Because many custom and print-on-demand items enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase.
8. Agreement to Policy
By purchasing from SoCreaLL LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy and understand that custom-made and personalized products are final sale.
