Processing time refers to the time required to collect personalization details, complete design work (if applicable), manufacture, and prepare your order for shipment or digital delivery.

Digital Products (e.g., Personalized Videos, Digital Designs)
• Digital delivery is typically completed within 24 hours after receipt of all required materials, completion of production design, and final content approval. However, production timelines may vary depending on the specific product type, level of customization, content requirements, revision requests, and overall order volume. All delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by SoCreaLL.
• Collection of photos, text, personalization details, and design production may require additional time prior to delivery.
